Article Content | What to do if Your CIS Prints with a Blank Page When working with older files, you may sometimes have formatting issues in newer versions.
If you notice a blank page showing up in your preview and printout, use the following steps to eliminate the problem:
- First, try restoring the form. Go to Print > Preview, and see if you can locate the RESTORE FORM button at top. If it is there, select it and see if it resolves the problem. If it does not fix it, or the button is not there, try step 2.
- While in the preview, select "SAVE AS WORD". Save the file somewhere on your computer where you can easily locate it. Then view the file in Word. The extra page will no longer be there.
