NJ’s child support tax table provides support amounts only until combined net income of $3600/week.
- If you select “App IX-H” under Tax Method, the program will not compute taxes and will issue a worksheet alert.
- Instead, use “Circ-E” under Tax Method.
- The program will compute the support amount as if the combined net income was $3600/week. In this case, the court must add a discretionary amount to the minimum support award show. A worksheet alert to this effect will be issued.
